A charging case appears in many OF HUNGER photographs, but a photograph is not an inventory of the box. Before ordering, check the list for the collection you have chosen. This is especially helpful when the earphones are a gift and you want the recipient to know what they need for the first charge.
Both Electronic Gems and NEBULA include a pair of earphones, a case and a Type-C charging cable. The details of the case and the charging options differ.
Electronic Gems
The Electronic Gems package includes:
- One pair of Electronic Gems earphones.
- The flying-saucer charging case.
- A Type-C charging cable.
- A wipe cloth and user guide.
A power adapter is not included. Electronic Gems' case charges by cable; it does not support wireless charging. Placing it on a wireless charging pad will not replace the cable connection, even if another device you own charges that way.
Use the product guidance when choosing a power source. The presence of a cable in the box does not mean that every adapter or other accessory is approved for the product.
NEBULA
The NEBULA package includes:
- One pair of NEBULA earphones.
- The charging case.
- A Type-C charging cable.
- An eyeglass cloth and user guide.
NEBULA's case supports USB-C and wireless charging. Neither a power adapter nor a wireless charger is included. Wireless support describes an option the case offers, not an extra item supplied with the earphones.
Give the small items a place
Keep the cloth where you store the earphones so it is available after wearing them. Keep the guide, too. It explains the wearing and charging method for that collection, which is more useful than assuming your new earphones work exactly like a pair you already own.
Retain the original packaging and accessories while deciding whether the product is right for you. The US return policy includes conditions concerning the complete package; a missing small item can matter.
Check the selected product, not the styling scene
A bag, tray or separate accessory shown elsewhere on the site should not be assumed to come with the earphones. Use the product page's box contents and your selected item to understand the order.
Before checkout, you should know which collection you are buying, how its case will be charged, and whether you already have the appropriate additional equipment. That brief check prevents the first unboxing from ending with a search for an accessory you expected to find inside.
