Electronic Gems uses a cross-arm spring clip. Putting it on should involve gentle placement and a small adjustment of position, not reshaping the metal by hand. If you feel that you need to bend the body to make it fit, stop and check the wearing instructions.
The decorative face is the part you notice first. Taking a moment to understand the back of the earphone makes the first fitting less confusing.
Before you put it on
Check the left and right markings on the earphones. Do not decide which ear each one belongs on solely from its position in the open case. Set the case somewhere stable, and move hair away from the area where you will place the clip.
Look at the reverse view to distinguish the decorative front, the portion that sits behind the ear and the connecting structure. The parts work together; the connection is not an instruction to pull the metal arms apart beyond their intended movement.
Place, then adjust
Gently open the clip through its spring movement and place it on the ear following the orientation in the guide. Let it settle before judging the position. Avoid twisting the decorative face or using it as a lever against the rest of the earphone.
If the position needs changing, make a small adjustment rather than a large pull. The aim is to find a supported position on your ear, not to manufacture a different shape from the product. Check that hair or another object has not become caught in the arrangement.
Take a moment without playing audio to notice any pressure. Turning on a favorite track should not distract you from an uncomfortable fit.
Know when to take it off
Ear shape affects the result. Very small ears or ears with limited supporting structure may not hold the clip as shown in a product portrait. A spring mechanism does not make one design suitable for everyone.
If you feel persistent pressure, take the earphone off. You can reconsider the placement, but do not force a fit or assume that wearing it for longer will solve the problem. Contact support if the wearing method remains unclear or the structure appears damaged.
Recheck after getting dressed
Hair movement and clothing near the ear can disturb the position. After putting on a scarf or moving your hair, check how the clip is sitting rather than pulling it back into place through the fabric.
For the first fitting, keep the surroundings simple. Learn the intended movement with the guide and the product photographs open, then add the rest of your outfit once you understand how your pair sits.
