When planning an OF HUNGER order, separate the time before shipment from the time a package spends in transit. The US policy lists dispatch within two business days and typical transit of two to five business days within the contiguous United States.
Those are separate stages. The transit estimate is not a promise that an order will arrive two days after checkout, and carrier estimates can change. For a gift or event, leave room for uncertainty rather than treating the fastest estimate as a deadline guarantee.
Confirm the address is eligible
The US policy excludes Alaska and Hawaii, US territories, diplomatic and military addresses such as APO, FPO and DPO, and certain delivery address types. P.O. boxes, parcel lockers and USPS GoPost addresses are also excluded.
Check the destination before paying. A general shipping message on a product page does not override those address restrictions. If your address falls into an uncertain category, ask support rather than relying on the checkout form alone to explain the policy.
This article concerns the US website. It does not establish shipping terms for another country or a different storefront.
Keep processing and transit distinct
Business days are the unit used in the policy. Avoid counting the two stages as though every calendar day were interchangeable, particularly when placing an order close to a weekend or an occasion.
Once shipping information is available, use the carrier's updates to understand the package's progress. Weather, seasonal peaks and other circumstances can change an estimate. A tracking update describes the shipment's reported status, not a new guarantee from the brand.
Request changes before shipment
If you notice an incorrect address, contact customer support promptly. The policy requires address-change requests before shipment and does not guarantee they can be completed. Cancellations are supported only for unfulfilled orders before shipment.
Do not assume that replying after a dispatch notice will stop the parcel. Include the order number and the precise change requested so support can assess the actual order status.
Report the problem you see
The full policy provides different instructions for a delivered-but-missing package, missing items, incorrect products and damage. Keep your order information, tracking record and relevant photographs available. Report an issue promptly; several of these processes have seven-day reporting windows.
Before ordering for a fixed date, read the current page and decide whether the available timing suits you. A clear understanding of the route from checkout to delivery is more useful than planning around the shortest possible estimate.
