If Electronic Gems feels too tight, take the earphone off before trying to solve the fit. You do not need to keep wearing it through pressure to prove that the design is right for you.
The clip uses a cross-arm spring mechanism, but ear shape and placement still affect how it feels. The intended adjustment is a small change of position, not force-bending the metal structure to make a larger opening.
Recheck the placement
Look at the wearing guide and confirm the left and right orientation. Move hair or another object out of the area, then place the earphone gently as instructed. If necessary, make a small upward or downward position adjustment rather than pulling hard on the decorative face.
Notice whether the pressure changes when the position changes. That is information about the fit on your ear; it is not an instruction to keep searching indefinitely for a place where discomfort becomes tolerable.
If the clip appears distorted or its movement seems wrong, stop. Do not try to repair the mechanism by hand.
Separate position from suitability
A poor initial placement and an unsuitable fit are not the same thing. A small adjustment may help with the first. It cannot guarantee a solution to the second.
Very small ears or ears with limited supporting structure may not achieve the same result shown in product photographs. A model wearing the design does not establish what it will feel like on another ear, even when the appearance seems similar.
There is no required period of pushing through discomfort. If pressure continues, remove the earphones and contact support to discuss the fit and the next appropriate step.
Describe what is happening
When asking for help, explain where the pressure occurs and whether the earphone seems to sit correctly. Identify your collection and design so the response concerns the right wearing structure. Avoid following advice for NEBULA's ear hook or a different brand's clip.
If you are still deciding whether to buy, read the fit guidance alongside the return conditions. Do not assume a clip design fits every ear or that the return policy provides unrestricted trial wear. A good choice begins with understanding the limits of the fit, not with a promise that you will eventually adapt to it.
